This site is dedicated to the brave men and women protecting and defending our country and the people who support them.
We are "The Troop Group". We are a composite of representatives from American Legion Auxiliary Hammond-Schmit Unit 55 in Hortonville, WI; Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church Troop Support Ministry Team from Greenville, WI; and Appleton Military Support Group in Appleton, WI. Our mission is to insure as many service members as possible in harm's way have as much support as we can provide them as often as they need it to the best of our ability.

We are looking for Dell, HP, and Lexmark ink and toner cartidges. Office Max will give us $3 each for them. Our hope is to pay for badly needed accounting software and a new printer with the funds raised. Please leave them at a drop site or contact Donna to arrange delivery.
Christmas boxes have started on their way to Afghanistan and Iraq. Thank you Mary Judy and Beverly Wendt for help above and beyond the call of duty. It is appreciated.

We have 10,700 new Christmas cards on their way to our troops . We send new cards to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan early so they will have cards to send home to loved ones. If you have new cards you no longer need or would like to make cards for our troops to send home to loved ones, please leave your donations in any of the many area drop sites. We have started collecting cards for next year so all donations are still welcome.
Church Services:
We send 20 - 25 church services on CD every week to service personnel in remote areas of the world often not served regularly by a chaplain. Donations of non-rewriteable CD's and the thin plastic CD cases are always welcome.
